Sadly, I?ve been going to this pizza restaurant for 17 years and yesterday was last. I waited over 45 mins for a large pie, not once did they tell me how long it was still going to take. I watched my pie go in the oven, wondering why it wasn?t already in? since I called my order in. They let me stand for over 20 mins with me thinking it was almost ready. At the end when i finally got my pizza I complained, they weren?t nice and didn?t really care that I had wait so long,?they said it happens?. Despite the many negative reviews, I personally believe that the service at this restaurant is excellent. I recently called in a chicken parm pickup order and within a few minutes, it was ready for me when I arrived. I have been a patron of this establishment for over 20 years and still enjoy coming back. I even remember when they used to have arcade games inside! In my opinion, the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The only downside for me is the stationary seats, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it.
I always rate my pizzerias by their regular cheese slice. Gianni?s was fantastic! Cheese and crust was on point. My daughter even almost finished it (she?s 2 y/o and she usually eats less than half). They have a very nice and simple back yard with beautiful lights. We are definitely coming back for more. We also had their mushroom and pepperoni pizza, and wowzor!
This restaurant is a typical New York City style pizza place. The pizza should be cheaper considering the quality. The crust was thin with hardly any sauce. I tried a bruschetta Sicilian and it was extremely salty. I was not happy with the slices of pizza I had there. The ingredients didn't seem to be authentic. They do offer beer for sale.

The pastas and entrees at this restaurant are delicious. My family and I had a quick bite the other night and weren't sure what to order. The chef, Maclane, surprised us with some amazing carbonara, even though it wasn't on the menu. My son had pasta and my friend had pizza, and we all cleared our plates. Definitely worth a visit.
The owners of this restaurant are the friendliest people you'll ever meet. It's a family-run pizzeria, so you can tell that they truly care about their customers. The pizza is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The service is always prompt. I highly recommend dining here! 5 out of 5 stars.
I previously left a negative review for this neighborhood pizza place due to their slow service and delivery. However, I have ordered delivery from here multiple times recently and have consistently received my food in under 30 minutes. I am now happy to consider Gianni's my favorite spot for pizza.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. They offer a wide variety of pizzas to choose from. With the TooGoodToGo app, I was able to get 5 large slices of pizza at a great price. The pizza itself was delicious, with a fantastic crust and high-quality ingredients.

Favorite Pizza spot in Jackson Heights. Staff is incredibly, Delivery is fast and the Pizza is fantastic!
