Gianni's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Two weeks in a row I've tried calling to place an order and I have been put on hold for well over 5 minutes, and this is at early lunch time when is not even that busy. And then on the third week I finally got a hold of them to place an order for pickup not delivery and yet still waited 40 minutes for a medium pizza to be cooked. The place definitely needs better leadership and service

If you order a three topping pizza and do half one way and half the other, they charge you for six toppings. If you ask for chicken on the pizza, be aware that you'll get chopped up fried chicken tenders. They delivered our pizza to the wrong table. Luckily we were the only other family there and the people who got our pizza brought it over to us.

Just say goodbye 2 the Cumberland location! When u hear an owner say they just dont care, best believe they should be on an episode of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Knightmares! Frfr! Mark my words when I say, they will be out of business real soon! And probably the Frostburg location also!

they have them in the handle and never answer the phone and then hang them in the n centre street location. their employees do not seem to be able to treat the job or have basic healthy senses. Stay away, they can even spit into the food.

If you want quality and timely delivery stay away from this place. Pizza was finally delivered after two follow-up calls and an hour and ten minutes late. Pizza was ice cold.
