Giardina's - Reserva de mesa

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. It seemed like the waitress had too many tables to handle at once, as she took my order and then disappeared. I received my salad but still hadn't gotten my drink, and then was given the wrong wine. My entree arrived before I received the extra salad dressing I had asked for. The hostess was nice enough to assist in the waitress's absence, but overall the experience was not great in terms of both food and service. The waitress finally returned to give me my check, but instead of allowing me to relax with my wine, she kept coming back to see if I had paid yet. It would have been nice if she had been that attentive before I finished my meal.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The only positive aspect was the ambience of having a private dining room. However, we were surprised to find no bread despite bread plates on the table. My chicken parm was burnt and the spaghetti was cold. My husband's steak was not cooked to our liking and had no flavor. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to return to our table, and we had to go find her ourselves. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was poor. We were unsatisfied with the quality of the food and service given the price we paid. This was our second visit and once again, it was a disappointment. I would not recommend dining here.

The dinner was fantastic and the service was top-notch. Although there was a small problem with my risotto, our server, Bridget, went above and beyond to make it right. The risotto she personally prepared for me was absolutely delicious - the best I've ever had! Bridget was exceptional in her service and I appreciated how she interacted with both me and my wife. Saving grace was our server. He was absolutely amazing at what he did and had a great attitude as well. The atmosphere was nice, the enclosed rooms did pretty well but the sound could get overwhelming despite that. The food was just average in general and for the price below average.
