Where do I start... what if Giardinos might be the best pizza outside Brooklyn and there Bronx. All my friends know how critical I am pizza. Cheese, sauce, crust and, of course, the ratio of cheese to sauce and crust all matter. The cheese cannot be cheap, too salty, vigilant or oily. It must be quality cheese. The sauce cannot be too salty, sour, bitter or sweet. It must be perfect and made with love. The crust cannot be too thick, thin, under or over boiled.
