Gibsons Steakhouse

Once our check was processed and returned my credit card was missing. I notified the server and she began to frantically look around for my card. The manager was notified and promptly told me that if I didn’t get a phone call by the next day I should cancel my credit card. I received a half hearted apology but it all felt largely routine as if this was a common occurrence. I have never experienced anything like it, Gibsons had been one of my favorite steakhouses and is forever tainted.

A restaurant! Start with the free valet. A ?Happy Anniversary? greeting by the hostesses and waiter. Best Old Fashioned I?ve had in a long time, maybe ever. The waiter showed us all the different cuts of beef and the crab legs and lobster tail. Everysingle person greeted us with some form of hello/goodbye. Management stopped by our table to make an introduction and give ushis business card. Our entrees were perfect. It was my first experience at Gibson?s but I?ll certainly be back.

What an elegant dining experience! The waiters are almost choreographed! Service was exquisite! Food was served fast, steaks done to perfection, Brussels sprouts were extraordinary and the overall feeling was wow! This is what it 's like to be a king! BRAVO GIBSONS!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful dinner! My company did a small party of 20 and gave us the option of a fixed menu which made everything easier! We had a dedicated team to help us and had a small bar for our party! The bartender made an excellent oldfashioned!

Classic Chicago steakhouse. Great food, service and cocktails. All steakhouses are expensive, and Gibson’s is no different.

Tables are close. 4tpp is too small for 4 people. Food is 4.5 stars out of 5. Service is attentive.
