Once our check was processed and returned my credit card was missing. I notified the server and she began to frantically look around for my card. The manager was notified and promptly told me that if I didn’t get a phone call by the next day I should cancel my credit card. I received a half hearted apology but it all felt largely routine as if this was a common occurrence. I have never experienced anything like it, Gibsons had been one of my favorite steakhouses and is forever tainted.
We visited this restaurant for dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and I highly recommend making reservations since it tends to be quite busy. The staff was very friendly, and Edgar provided excellent service. It was a delight to see Mr. Brown, who came by our table to greet us and ensure we were having a wonderful evening. We consistently enjoy our dining experiences at Rosemont Gibson's. Thank you!
If you're visiting or living in the Chicago area, you absolutely must try Gibsons at least once. It's one of the best steakhouses in town. They offer a wide variety of steaks to choose from, as well as cocktails, wines, and much more. And don't forget about dessert—you'll definitely love it!
