"Well, Hotel Gieschen in Achim. This also has a restaurant that was still a white place in my personal culinary map in the region. It had attracted me because the owner is known as hunter and I like to eat wild. Unfortunately there was only deer calf that day, which I personally feel quite boring. Tja, das Hotel Gieschen in Achim. Das hat auch ein Restaurant, das noch ein weißer Fleck in meiner persönlichen kulinarischen Landkarte in der Region war. Es hatte mich gereizt, weil der Inhaber als Jäger bekannt ist und ich gern Wild esse. Leider gab es nur Hirschkalb an diesem Tag, was ich persönlich als recht langweilig empfinde. Am letzten Sonntagmittag war es so weit. Das Interieur ist zeitlos gediegen, aber nichts sagend. Für die Preise der Gerichte fand ich die Tischdekoration zu wenig einfallsreich, sprich praktisch nicht vorhanden.
