In short we had very good starters (beetroot gazpacho veal carpaccio) so if the meal would have ended there the over all score would have been great. However the main courses were a bit of a disappointment. My wife had the sous-vide cooked chicken breast in a curry sauce, the chicken itself was very dry and when the amount of sauce was in the size of a spoon it turned out to be a chewy experience. I went for the tenderloin which was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately I also added the seared foie gras. The restaurant I visited last night exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. The ambiance was inviting and the decor is hip tastefully done. The menu offered a wide variety of options, making it difficult to choose just one dish. So we instructed the waiter to order for us. The flavors were bold and the presentation was Fantastic The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Amex concierge listed Gilda as 4.5/5.0. Great choice for the soup to duck to dessert was outstanding. Plus, all 6 of us could hear one another!

Very cute restaurant, with amazing food, including pisco sour, meat, fish and delicious dessert. You definitenely should go.
