My first bad review it is regrettable that it happens to be in a place that I know so well . So disappointed and disappointing . Overfilled Fromagerie we were squeezed between way too many tables and continuously pushed around by the waiters and other people coming or going to there tables , the service was miserable they could not have cared less .It took more than an hour to get our food a fondue that had not taste , they made a mistake in the order and forgot to bring our starters. No ice for our drinks apparently they had no ice cubes ...what can I say .. in a hotel as known as the Palace even on the 30 of December this should not happen. The only positive thing they offered us the wine....
It is not the first time, they push the Evians and San Pelegrinos like crazy, there were too many bottles on the invoice...we were a table of 8 mostly drinking wine, still got 11 bottles of water on the bill, some of which we did not order nor receive. plenty of food and wine, still water represents 15% of the invoice... I do not want to make a mess or start counting the bottles, I am inviting....but I just do not give a tip.
