Gilson - Reserva de mesa

We had dinner at Gilson, and loved it. The food was great (the migas de espargos was heavenly) and the service... made us feel like we're having a meal at our favourite uncle's house. So welcoming. The pannacota, sooo gooood! Jantámos no Gilson e adorámos. A comida estava excelente (as migas de espargos estavam divinais) e o serviço... sentimos como se estivessemos em casa do nosso tio preferido. Super acolhedor. Recomendo vivamente. E a pannacota... tão bom.

I ate at Gilson for the first time with my parents in 2017. After that, I don't know how many times we came back there... A lot of times! I brought my girlfriend there and she loved it as well! The entrances are awesome. The main dishes are delicious and in good portions. And the deserts are tasty and pretty. And about the service, it's special! Big thanks to Gilson, his wife and son for all the good times and memories!

Very occasionally when traveling the world we come across a remarkable family run restaurant. Restaurante Gilson is one. Unassumingly set in a residential neighborhood the service and food presentation is exceptional. While Montijo May not be in your travel plans, make a real effort to enjoy this gem. You will not be disappointed.

Small restaurant for 8 or 10 tables, so I guess if you want to have dinner on weekend it is better to call and book a table. Service is great. People working there are very attentive and kind. Food is quite simple but very tasty and presented in a way that's joyful for your eyes. I've been there twice and I will surely go again. Reserva una mesa ahora

We had a great dinner here on our first night. The service and the food was excellent and was a very reasonable price. It was exactly what we were looking for. We will try to get back before we leave, but we will definitely get there again the next time we make the trip. Thank you so much!

Foi uma agradável surpresa conhecer finalmente o restaurante do Sr. João. Excelente qualidade em fazer as entradas, pratos principais e sobremesas. Tudo foi maravilhoso e fomos recebidos com a simpatia que os caracteriza, certamente voltaremos.

Excelente refeição e serviço impecável, a repetir! A apresentação dos pratos era espetacular e uma surpresa. Amazing meal and quality service. We will be back for sure. The food presentation is very nice also.

Excelent service and amazing food!the waiters were superb and the food was really tasty They even made some changes in some plates because of some of our preferences
