Finally tried this place out. The torta was so tasty!!! For sure one of the best tortas around town. Their sauce is not a cheese sauce, as another review had mentioned, but more of a creamy hot salsa. The quesa birria was good if you like that kind of thing. To me, it was too much. But I think it 's too much everywhere I try it. The tacos were good, too, but for the price, I would get tacos elsewhere and stick to the torta! If i could give this place 10 stars i would. I adore ginas. I will never forget when one time my mom drove me to there so I can get my delicious steak torta and found out they were closed on sundays. But we saw the husbands car as he got out and he saw us. We werent going to ask him to make us a sandwich of course but we just asked if they were open or not. He said no but asked what we wanted. My mom told him i wanted a torta and he literally went right inside the cafe with a big smile on his face to make me a sandwich! How sweet is that?! It WAS SO GOOD TOO! I was full for the rest of the day I need to be back!
I just returned to the area for work and decided to visit Gina's, which used to be my go-to spot for a quality Mexican lunch. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The dining area looked like it had been ransacked, and the steak burrito I ordered was mostly beans and rice, with no avocado, fresh pico, or salsa available. I ended up spending $30 for a burrito and two Jarritos sodas. In my opinion, Gina's has really declined. I won't be returning. Service: Takeout.
Just Got Back To Area For Work .. Gina’s USE To Be The Go To For A Quality Mexican Lunch.. Was Very Disappointed .. The Diner Area Looks Like It’s Been Ram-Sacked .. I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, earning a perfect score. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend trying the Chorizo and Asada Tacos—they are absolutely delicious!
The food quality is great, but they do not have a restroom, and that is so important just if you want to wash your hands before you eat. I cannot give the five stars due to that.
Don't miss the chance to try this restaurant! The food is excellent, and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend everything on the menu!
