Ginger Garlic Nepalese Cuisine

Fantastic first experience dining in at Ginger Garlic. The service and atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Speaking to the food quality it was nothing short of amazing overall. We ordered the Chicken Dumplings, Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Chicken Fried Rice. My wife hasn’t tried much of this style of food previously, and was very surprised at how good it at was. Everything we received exceeded expectations the butter chicken was creamy and not too spicy (I would suggest requesting spicy if you prefer as heat level desired wasn’t asked), and the dumplings were very well balanced and tasty. The first time tried Nepalese food and loved it! This place is really great. Portions are very big and prices are crazy reasonable. I don't know, many restaurants, the Entrees are about $10! That's a steal for what you get. Many options and variety on the menu with Curries, Momos, roasted rice, noodles and more! Also very vegetarian friendly with many of these options. The interior is nice and cozy and the servers were super friendly! Waiting for food is a bit longer than usual, but it's not biggie. Very recommended! I'm still not about these reasonable prices for what you get!

Hands down the best restaurant in Regina, and it is not talked about enough. Prices are exceptional. The owner is there all the time and seems very happy to have your business. Servers are well-versed in their product. The food is absolutely incredible and the portions are significant. If you try only one restaurant in Regina, consider this one. I recommend the Coconut Chicken, the Aloogobi, and the cilantro sauce that comes with the dumplings is very good. The location I'm sure can be a little out of the way for some, but for this gem it is absolutely worth it.

I'm so happy this restaurant survived the lock down. The vegetable mo mo are a masterclass in spice and seasoning. I made sure to order enough dishes that we were able to take home leftovers of each dish. I was kind of shocked at how reasonable the price was. Great service, a kitchen at the top of their game and an unassuming yet somehow elegant atmosphere. Wish these stars were Michelin.

Had the food for the second. Here tonight and was again amazing!!! Butter Prawns tonight, coconut chicken the time before, delicious!! Service top notch, portions so large you have a meal the next day and taste simply exquisite. Thank you for being here in Regina to make your thing!

one of, if not THE best restaurant in the city. tend to come here once a month-ish and it never disappoints. food is amazing, the portions are huge for the price (i think their butter chicken is only like $10) and the staff are super friendly.Vegetarian options: Plenty

Best dumplings I've had outside of being in Asia. Well done! The food is excellent. Great flavorful dishes at a great price. Service was also very good. See you next time we are in Regina! Until then I will dream of those chicken dumplings and sauce.

Fantastic meal, great service. The butter chicken is amazing, chicken fried rice is the best I’ve had, coconut paneer and prawn noodles are very flavourful and perfect cooked.

Great place to enjoy your food. Momos with gravy is awesome. Infact all the dishes are very tasty . The Head Chef is so nice. We have been to this place multiple times.
