many hits and misses in the accommodation. when we arrive there, we find the elevators from the order because of some water pipe break. a freight service elevator for the whole place. coming into the lobby is even a chaos, construction is everywhere. When we finally got into the room, it was nice. bed, clean. we were told that we run the water for a few minutes, as it comes out of brown due to the tubes. we have taken the stairs down after we have taken off our bags and decided to spend some time in the taproom grill waiting for an evening meal. Guess he didn't have a job. I couldn't make it out. the bartender made a great drink and was great. had dinner in a walk, a nice restaurant, but not...
Staff was not very welcoming no one said hello or nothing. Check in process the lady said oh looks like you are already checked in. In my head I’m like how I didn’t do anything. Anyways we go to our room assigned to us and opened the door and there was a man inside half naked greeting us. That left us very pissed off and confused. Had to go back down to get a different room. The front desk apologized and gave us a $150 room credit for their mistake…anyways tried to use the credit and order room service and no room service was available. Nobody picked up our calls. Only thing we can do to use the room credit was to eat/drink stuff from the mini bar. My wife and I had to go get out of our room...
Our salads were excellent. The flatbread app was dry and difficult to eat. Chicken parm entree lacked flavor. The seafood risotto special only had shrimp and calamari a little more variety would have been nice. Dessert was just ok. Service was great. Our experiences at the other MGM restaurants have set the bar very high for food quality and our experience here was just mediocre. This was our Valentines dinner and it was a little disappointing.
I had a great dining experience at Ginger. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was nice, and overall we were pleased with our meal. The service was exceptional and the staff were very knowledgeable about the food preparation. The manager even came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. I would definitely recommend Ginger to my friends and family and I am looking forward to coming back in the future.

It was a luncheon for a group of sorority sisters initiated in 1979 commemorating the 115th Founder’s Day of the Sorority. We had a lovely round table that was in a private section of restaurant. The food and service was very good. The restaurant was extremely beautiful. Had I known more about the esthetics of the facility I would have requested a less secluded table and one out into the open areas.
only a lil disappointed by room service expected a lil more stylish breakfast but was carried out the room was very updated mini bar only had a refrigerator separately had to have used to carry ice to keep the flush full of cold items
Birthday dinner! Food id rate as 3/5 stars because friends entree was undercooked. Didn’t realize until he went home to eat left overs. It was quiet and service was excellent 5/5 stars. Overall had a good time! Would go back again!
It was an excellent room, great customer service at check in. Great gambling experience and atmosphere. I would definitely love to get another room and hangout again. I would also love to see a show or get dinner.
