Gino’s is hands down, the best classic Italian restaurant in Dutchess County. There’s no equal. Sorry, not sorry. Every dish that appears to be simple isn’t and is refined in both depth and flavor. The staff is wonderful with father and son still running the business. some favorites are shrimp oreganata, linguine with red clam sauce and the chicken parm.
