I went for my first time with my husband who gave a glowing recommendation. We got a half portion of the deep dish nachos, and couldn’t decide which pizza to get, so we each got our own personal pizzas! Our server, Jaime was attentive, and quick with drink refills. The manager who stopped by was excellent. Genuinely cared about the experience and wanted to know about us, how we enjoyed the experience, where we were going on vacation, and showed an overall level of personal service and excellent food that will have us making the trip back for more! 5 stars!
I recently had my first Chicago deep-dish pizza, and Gino's has set the standard for me. We tried the Margherita pizza, and I was impressed. The crust was both crispy and crunchy, while the toppings were incredibly fresh. The pizza was served hot and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! This place is really popular, as it was packed on a Saturday night, and the ambiance was both fun and cozy.
since these ginos easten moved to the rosenland, they seem to have forgotten how to be pleasant. the owner/manager never has a smile on her face and I think she makes her workers also miserable. I tried this place every time I wouldn't come back to promise. the only reason I go back is for eating, but I'm sure u can find a comparable pizza somewhere. make them please and avoid frustration and go to giordanos.
Picked up a friend from O'Hare and was there within 10 minutes for dinner. Easy parking. Our server was attentive and our food was served pretty quickly. We had salad, an appetizer and pizza--good selection and it was all good! Be warned it closes a little early (9:30 pm) so your evening does need to come to an end. I'd definitely visit this location again.

Eat and service was great, our server demetry was the best. we had a little birthday party for my daughter and he cut up and served a cake that I brought to our party. the restaurant was in a slow time, so we get additional attention for everything else. he has all set our left, great work! thanks for a beautiful experience.
Great a authentic Chicago deep dish pizza! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. Our order was taken while we waited for a table which shortened our wait time once we was seated. I can't express enough how much I loved Gino's. Next time I'm in Chicago I will be going back.
pizza is okay, but not the same as the city inside. the service was fair, but not excessively attentive to the parachutes. cost-effective yes and really no value product delivery. near competitors probably fair good due to few repetition customers.
Better quality food than the city locations. Fresh jalapenos plus great apps. Our server Rustine was great. We got The Chicago Fire but added spicy pepperoni and fresh jalapenos. We call it The Ultimate Chicago Fire!

My first experience with deep-dish pizza, and I'm so glad I came here. The ambiance is lovely, and the service is excellent. The setting and the quattro formation were simply magnificent.
Gino's was the ideal spot for me to make my first deep-dish pizza. It was absolutely delicious! Dimitri was fantastic! I'm no longer a deep-dish novice!
