We ordered the eggplant and calamari as appetizers. Unfortunately, the eggplant was extremely mushy, and we had to send it back as it was inedible. We finished the calamari because we were hungry, but it was overly salty. For our main course, we opted for a basic pizza with red onion, which was surprisingly small for the price.
They boast about their gluten-free bread, so I purchased a loaf for $12. After spending about $100 at the restaurant, we still left feeling hungry. The next day, when I defrosted the bread, some of it crumbled when I sliced it. After toasting it lightly, it fell apart even more while I was trying to make a sandwich. Best pizza we've ever had. Wife has celiac and her gluten free crust was the best she's had. Non-gluten crust was excellent as well. Daughter had the lasagna which was also great. They also brought fresh gluten free bread to the table and we were able to buy a loaf as well as their pizza dough. Service was excellent as well and will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.Dietary restrictions: They knew exactly what to do with celiac disease.
I visited this restaurant during lunchtime, and it was very peaceful. The view from the windows is stunning. I'm allergic to tomatoes and garlic, but they offered a Pesto Pizza and were very accommodating regarding my allergies. The restaurant has an upscale vibe, so it's a bit pricey, but it's reasonable for downtown Hollywood.
5 minutes away from FLL is this wonderful pizza heaven (along with other great dishes like pasta). My wife is gluten free and we ordered ahead a GF Ricotta and Spinach pizza. Not even Chicago, which is where we live, has such an amazing GF pizza. Stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

Best gluten free pizza I have ever had! Owner has family that is celiac so everything is amazing for people with food sensitivities. Best gluten free crust! I came back a second time while in town.
