Giordano's - Reservar una mesa

Had a reservation for 13-15 people on a Saturday at 3pm. Our waitress was doing her best and honestly needs more support. She was clearly in pain and handling bar/tables all by herself, which shouldn’t be the case at any time of any day but especially a weekend. Our party had some major delays (again not the waitress’ fault) and it was very evident that parties around us were upset over long wait times as well. Food was great and what you would expect of a Chicago chain staple but hopefully management sees this and understands how important it is to properly staff.
