Giordano's - Reserva de mesa

The north Naperville location was only offering delivery through third party, which I didn't want to do. I called the south Naperville location and spoke to Joe. I explained that I had a friend who had just had major back surgery and I wanted to have some food delivered to him. Joe told me that it was out of their delivery area, but he would help me out anyway. He was very patient, helpful and pleasant. Thanks to him, my friend was surprised and delighted to have some delicious Giordano's food to last him several days while he recovers. Thanks, Joe! You made his day and mine! Such a simple act of kindness goes a long way and I appreciate it!

It's an average pizza place. Perhaps the chef wasn't well-trained in making a veggie pizza on the day I visited, as the deep pan pizza was soggy and watery. It seemed like they might not have handled the frozen vegetables properly, which affected the overall quality of the pie. I hope for a better experience next time.

The staff was more than willing to assist us in preparing the Pizzas (4) for travel. Who in their right mind can resist a visit to this world renowned Pizza joint? They gave us directions for baking and enjoying the pizza at home. They were batting , hope your experience will be better than ours.

Ordered the veggie deep dish and cheez deep dish along with garlic Parmesan fries. We all loved it we have tried the deep dishes before and as usual it was good!!!

My first time in Chicago and this was the perfect treat! The friendly staff and stuffed deep dish pizza were equally wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again!!

The waitress misunderstood our order and brought us a large pizza instead of the personal size we requested, and expected us to pay for it.

Nice local spot for deep dish. It takes 45 minutes to cook one.
