We visited for my sons 3rd birthday. 3 adults had their meals 20 minutes before the 2 children had theirs. We had finished before they had their meals. 3 year old especially was upset by this and didn't understand the wait I had to chase it up twice. When it came the 10 year olds burger came without chips (we had ordered them separately) so I gave her what was left of mine. Another 7 minutes she had finished then the 3 year olds came. Used to enjoy Giraffe, but was disappointed this time. The menu is much narrower than it used to be and the quality has gone downhill. My Ceasar Salad was mostly red cabbage. And the music was a bit too loud and disco for early evening dining. A pity.
The food is delicious and much better value than most places. We accidentally left our left overs behind when we left. When we found the table was cleared they offered to replace it. That shows how friendly and helpful the staff are. Top!
Absolutely amazing food and amazing service me and my girls had an amazing experience- I even left my shopping and the waiter chased me down the street to return them!!
