"Everytime I crave crispy pork, I think of GJ's. The best I've had in Melbourne. Fatty but that's why they serve it with atchara. You can also have their grills with pinakurat - just ask for a bottle. Their Salmon Sinigang is yummmm too!"

If you want to taste the best authentic Filipino BBQ pork, inasal chicken with atchara, pork Lechon with lechon sauce, beef tapa and salmon sinegang, then please head on to GJ's grill. The best Filipino BBQ I ever tasted in Australia. It's also reasonably priced, clean and friendly owners. It's casual setting and you can see the charcoal still alive and hot while you order. We will definitely go there again when in Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Found this small Fillipino restaurant near Queen Victoria Market. The meals were very reasonable at around $12 each. When my meal came out l was thinking it wasn't the biggest meal l had seen. But after devouring the delishious crispy pork with crackling l was pleasantly full. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely visit again.

Have always wanted to try this place but there are so many places to eat in Melbourne that I have been putting off this place. Luckily, they had a stall at the ASEAN Festival at Queen Victoria Market today and I took the opportunity to try their lechon with garlic rice. Amazing!Lechon with garlic rice: 5/5Price: 4/5 ($12.50 per serving)Overall: 4.5/5

Came here for a quick snack before going out. Had the lechon with garlic rice which was fantastically rich and succulent. Also tried the pork skewers which were juicy. Friendly staff. The restaurant is small and located down a Lane way but is well worth a visit.
