TL;DR: Some fantastic Taiwanese is to be found right here, and the main takeaway from it is it rewards those with a more adventurous palate. It has the usual kind of service, which is high quality on the delivery albeit with the usual Chinese/Taiwanese indifference. The set up of it all is reminiscent of a yum cha location, and as such it is best to go here in a group to sample many of the delights. They are consistently tasty with decent sized portions. With so many to chose from, this is one of the many great choices and one of the biggest draws from around town.

A family Birthday to Glamorous Wok in Sunnybank Plaza , Brisbane proved interesting with excellent cuisine. Make sure you book before venturing forth to this establishment, otherwise you might not get in! Even on this Sunday night the restaurant was busy! In ‘ heartland’ Sunnybank...a la Asia a visit to GW was authentic and rewarding. I left the ordering to my SIL as menu was exciting and large , and of course Chinese style. On the outside of the shopping centre you enter a light, bright, relaxed, welcoming restraurant. Plenty of parking at the door. We went on a Wednesday for lunch perfect as not crowded, it was spacious, clean with white tables the upper lever lined...with windows. A relaxing decor. The menu is varied and includes tofu, pork, seafood, chicken, beef, rice, noodles and vegetables. Beers were reasonably price as was corkage, we took bottles of wine. Contemporary casual Asian family diner. I've been here a couple of times now and I think it's pretty good!
Ambience: a little on the loud side but I think it's nice to see so many families and groups of students eating out together. This place is a-rockin!
Food: well executed. Everything tasted quite good, no complaints. The cuisine is mostly Fujian... But nothing stood out as particularly noteworthy.
Service: friendly and fairly quick.
Verdict: nice place for a family meal.
We visited only days in brisbane and we were recommended to Glamorous Wok restaurant to taste traditional Asian food. Guest what? We loved it so much!! we had dinner on our first day there and went back for lunch on second day as well....It is so delicious!!! Every dish we ordered were exquisite and divine. It is absolutely to go back again and again. And staff was very friendly and we were served very well.
