Nice and very friendly hotel. The restaurant and the bar area are cozy, like the terrace. The owner is very friendly and competent, the staff is also very friendly and also meets special requests if they are possible. The booked single room was comfortable and fully tailored to my needs. The location is very central and offers a lot of shopping on foot. The building is the former station building of Augustfehn, so the tracks are right next to the building, but there is hardly anything to hear from the train. If I come back to the Ammerland, I would book my room in advance. Parking: Around the building there are about 12 parking spaces for hotel, driving school and pizzeris.
