The restaurant was very busy but had a quick turnaround. We ordered a club sandwich for £10.95 and lattes, which were all delicious. The service was good and the views were nice. There was only one ladies' and one gents' toilet available, as well as a large carpark. The menu was extensive but on the pricier side. Despite this, the restaurant was still packed with customers. The shop was lovely with plenty of items to browse.
Really good farm shop excellent fresh food department. Of course at this time of year fresh Christmas . The rest of the shop has a good variety of lovely gifts that are rather special. Also we had lunch which was so good, Gluten free friendly. I had a delicious open sandwich on gluten free bread. There are lots of choices, it's a very full menu. There is on site parking and although busy I got a space straight away .
Out for lunch today went to Gloagburns, first time in ages, what a treat, staff brilliant, food scrummy recommend the Potato and leek chicken soup and the twice baked cheese souffle my companion had Soup, Baked potato with prawn marie rose she raved about it we both had puds, delicious and tea. Highly recommend to all, will say it's a wee bit pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
