It was my first time coming to Wasabi with my husband tonight for my Birthday. It was a rather busy Friday evening but our waitress Jaelyn was outstanding. I used to wait tables when I was a teen(she makes it look easy) and she’s on ! My hub and I split a bunch of amazing Sushi and had incredible cocktails with our meal. She brought us this chocolate covered ice cream that was deep fried, that made my entire night! Next special occasion we will be back!

My wife I visited my family weekend of 7/18/20. We got in late Friday and met my best man there for food drinks and catch up. There was a brewery down the strip that was super busy, but Global was quiet and quaint! I found it very relaxing. Beer selection (50 on tap) more than I can choose and bar food was really good! I would highly recommend the Philadelphia Grilled Cheese. You like to find hole-in-the-wall places and we found one!

My son and my daughter brought me to Wasabi's mother's day because they know how much I love her sushi. We had a reservation and the table was ready when we came in! Amazing food, real snow crab and Alaskan King crab, not the artificial stuff as in some places!!! Clean furnishings! My daughter loves her Sangria, so I have to try it sometime The staff is very friendly and very professional!!! Very recommended Wasabi!!!

Not the best in DSM, but gets a 5 star for what is offered in Waukee. Service is always great. Too expensive, but good. Image is a role (not remember the name) that they made suggestions for substitutions to it “Kid kind” and my 9 years old actually liked it. Maybe that means more sushi for us than she tries more! I wish they had a better lunch menu. Maybe they do now, but last few times was the same as dinner menu.

I had the Kamichi rice to go, which was so good, with an egg upstairs to eat. Very good! Also have their sushi before in the past and must say it is delicious. Very expensive, but good. Definitely a place for fine food to go. I wish I ordered two kamichi roasted rice to go, I tore a little more after it filled me. I didn't put rice on my head now and tried to restore the same delicious taste. Defend a place to go.

BEER PATIO DOG FRIENDLY happy customers. Plenty of beer on tap. Bartenders have been attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Only drawback is the limited food menu.
