The food was amazing, but it seems that good service is too much to expect these days. I'm pretty laid-back and have worked in the hospitality industry, so I know how things should ideally run. I understand that there are staff shortages, but when the server said, "I'll just bring you whatever, whenever," it was quite surprising—and that's exactly what happened. One person finished their meal before the third person even got their food, and everyone had finished eating by the time the fourth person received their tapas special. Fortunately, we had good company, which made our visit enjoyable. This is a high-end restaurant, and I highly recommend the food.

Global Grill was an incredible experience. The wine selection was fantastic, the appetizers were delightful, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend the lobster wontons, tempura-fried asparagus, and the steaks. Our server was very knowledgeable and had years of experience at the restaurant, which helped him guide us in our choices and suggest perfect pairings. I can’t wait to come back soon!

Great ambiance! Great presentation and the food was very well prepared. This is a chef owned business. Every entré I saw come out smelled and looked amazing. Almost every dish is heavy in dairy however, the chef can prepare on few non-dairy dishes. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is our go-to restaurant whenever we visit Pensacola for a concert at the Saenger Theater. It consistently impresses us. The lamb skin plate is absolutely delicious! We also sampled the tuna cubes, and they were outstanding.

The service was excellent. My filet steak had a slight burn on one side, but it was still delicious once I got past that. The noise level was a bit high. Overall, I'm looking forward to returning for my birthday!

I've celebrated my birthday twice at this incredibly friendly and amazing restaurant. My husband and I love going there. We always leave happy, and the food is excellent and delicious!

The BBQ shrimp, lamb lollipops, baby lobster tails, and dishes made with the owner's homemade Worcestershire sauce are must-tries! You won't regret it!
