With quite a few other good coffee shops in Caringbah, my friend and I thought it would be at least up to the standard of other Gloria Jean 's shops. Unfortunately this was not the case.We ordered from the front counter, inquiring if they had any gluten free cakes or slices to offer? The answer was no. Unlike 3 other shops we have had coffee in at Caringbah. With only 2 other customers in the shop at the time, the waitress just yelled out that our coffees were ready to pick up. No table service as in other franchises! We enjoy coming to this restaurant for a cappuccino and a snack while we're out working. The coffee is consistently excellent and served with a smile by the staff. This time, we also tried the ham, cheese, and tomato croissants, which were incredibly tasty. There is always plenty of seating available, making it a convenient spot for spontaneous meetings.
Have been a regular customer for many years. The owners and staff are very helpful and provide quick service for take away. To drink in house, the premises are very clean. I have recommended this cafe to friend's and they now are regular customers.

This restaurant is a great spot for grabbing a coffee and having a quiet work meeting or casual chat with friends. However, I was informed that the internet may or may not be working, and unfortunately, it was not working during my recent visit.
The staff at Caringbah Gloria Jeans are incredibly friendly and helpful, serving the best coffee and delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Fresh Hot coffee!
Better then most Gloria Jeans, if you can get a Toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese, DO! They are delicious but do go quick!!
Amazing! Best chocolate muffin in the world!!!! (especially hot) Fruzies are amazing too! Mmmm...
