I'm sorry to report that I visited this restaurant last week and was quite disappointed. The place was dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the clientele seemed rather odd. It appeared that food was left out on the counter and not stored properly. There was dirty food around the sink and in the preparation area where drinks were made. Many people entered and exited without any staff present, and there was a rather annoying man who intruded on conversations and leaned uncomfortably close over the counter. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
The staff are lovely and provide good service. It’s just the amount of times I walk past and there are people sitting down and smoking outside makes me less likely to go get a drink from there (and I thought smoking outside at cafes was against the law? .
I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the baristas were incredibly friendly. They engaged in pleasant conversations with the adults and were very kind to the children as well.
I own it LOL ... but it's truly fantastic.Big changes and improvements diversification regards menu options, the design of the store and outdoor area if necessary people council facilitate our intent.Cheers Julian

Great coffee. Love having lunch there. Always delicious, very satisfying. Friendly staff, great service , love the pommy accent.
The service was terrible, and the staff were rude. I will never return. There are plenty of cafes in Padstow to choose from.
