Horrible customer service. We ordered from here through the delivery service THEY chose, and our food never arrived. We contacted them regarding the issue, but they could not have cared less. We (wrongly thought they wouldn?t want regulars to be screwed over, but they had no issue letting us pay $88 for food that didn?t show up. My husband even tried driving over to talk with them and said the woman he eventually was directed to (manager? was rude and dismissive. We had to go through our credit card company to be refunded. They lost loyal customers for about $90. Hope it was worth it. Awful place-there are a million better places who actually care about their customers.

I came here to drink a drink because I noticed an old friend inside. I ordered two drinks for $7 on special offer. I get the bill and they charge the bliss I don't like because I'm just sitting at the bar, but that's good. Then I give the bartender my card and get my entrance and I notice that they charge me a cc fee of $2 and adjust the gratitude to it without telling me. When I complain to her about the charges, she says that the charges are compensated for the special beverage prices they apply. We're just talking a few bucks, but what happened if I had ordered more. What would be my fee? Place looks beautiful now, but that was very predatoric. Never come back here.

I specifically requested no onions, as indicated in the instructions. Despite this, my tacos were loaded with onions. This was very disappointing, especially considering I spent over $60. It shouldn't be too difficult to follow simple requests. If I had been allergic to onions, I wouldn't have been able to eat my meal.

I ordered sweet plantains, yellow rice and beans, and beef stew. Instead, I received white rice, no beans, two pieces of steak, and two plantains. When I pointed out the mistake with my order, they refused to correct it, and they didn’t explain about the plantains either. I will never order from this place again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Waiter was incompetent. Manager was rude. Invest in gluten-free options and remember, it's always customary to ask a patron how well they want their burger done. Nobody likes to eat beef with the consistency of a hockey puck. Do better. Avoid this place at all costs.

I visited this restaurant a few days before Halloween, and the bartender, who was dressed as the devil, provided fantastic service to my friend and me. Gloria was particularly outstanding. I highly recommend this place for great music and delicious food!

The food was excellent, especially on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when they have a DJ in the evening, creating a lively nightclub atmosphere. The DJ typically starts around 7:30 or 8. There’s also a cozy outdoor seating area available.

I attended a party in the VIP section and had an amazing experience. The package included a bottle of Hennessy, Belaire, and a hookah. The food was delicious, and the DJ had us dancing all night. It was a fantastic atmosphere! Reserva una mesa ahora

Great hookah! They have a flavor called Love 66 that I'd highly recommend. The food is amazing—especially the wings and slider empanadas, which are top-notch. The music was fantastic, too! This is definitely my favorite spot!

Great bar! We were there early, but the staff was amazing and very helpful! Very attentive would definitely recommend!
