I’m a regular visitor to Basel and have visited this shop on a few occasions. The bread and cake is ok but nothing amazing, definitely GF if that’s what you want, however a heads up for non German speakers, unfortunately on more than one occasion the ladies have been extremely rude, even if politely asking if they speak English. I have now decided I’m not risking the bad vibes again and will go with supermarkets bread or bring my own!
Fantastic dedicated GF bakery. We have come here once a week to buy our bred and different pastries. There are also seasonal offers and a useful selection of other GF foods such as muesli, snacks, pizza crusts etc. We use the option to order in advance via whatsapp the full choice. Owners and employees are very friendly and happy to advise.
Finally, the perfect gluten-free candy found! Fabulous raspberry Linder cake and pancakes. Large selection of packaged gluten-free goods available for purchase. Staff were very well informed about traditional Swiss bakeries and recommendations for local gluten-free restaurants.
Delicious baked goods and coffee. Everything is gluten free! Nothing vegan but lots of lactose free items too. The croissant was incredible, and you gotta try the pretzel. Lots to choose from, as well as a wide selection of Schär products to stock up on. Reserva una mesa ahora
Really good glutenfree Bakery in Basel ! Everything is glutenfree, also some lactosefree options. The Bretzels are the best ! I love also the bread.
