Prices have gone up quality just gets worse! Last time ordering as no longer enjoying the food. Son's get pizza or chicken nuggets but haven't enjoyed the last few and last night they missed part of our order. Customer service wasn't the best my chips with curry sauce was warm stuck together as if it was the last delivery of the night rather than making an effort to correct their error! Sauce wasn't nice the family birthday meal was spoilt as the kids had finished theirs before mine was delivered! Sorry but not a good service especially reflecting the massive price increase, delivery, bag charge service charge!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of professionalism and customer support at Saleem's. The manager repeatedly shouted at my brother on the phone after he'd raised a complaint about the state of his pizza. The manager decided to take no responsibility to the mess of a dinner my brother had received and became extremely defensive. We order from Saleem's often and have never experienced such poor quality of service, we certainly will NOT be using them again. Sort your customer service out. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
Ordered quite a large order for a group of people. Saleems went out of their way to write names on all of the bags, as to not mix any orders up. I was given an estimated time of around 50 minutes, which I thought was fair given the size of the order. When the order arrived, 10 minutes earlier than predicted, it was piping hot and all delicious. Customer service when ordering was also spot on. No faults. Will definitely go again.
I asked in the JE comments to make my cry. Not only did the chef took this as a personal challenge. Visited Hell and brought back this un godly beauty. They had fun with it. I'm sweating from places i didn't know could sweat. I can't stop eating it so delicious. Thanks for having fun with my order and delivering it with a smile. You have a customer for life.
