I was walking by this store during lunch and figured I’d give it a shot. I ordered the medium shrimp curry. I found it very tasty, I’ve never had Japanese curry before and did enjoy it. However, I was really shocked by the price I paid-around $16.95 after tax (for lunch! for a relatively small portion of food that amounted to rice, curry sauce, shredded cabbage and two shrimp. On top of that, this is really a “take out” location, it’s tiny, hot, with no A/C and limited seating (the 5-10 minute wait in the heat was uncomfortable! . Interesting Customer Service After buying some drinks and food, I sat down to eat. I threw out a plate of food onto the overflowing garbage. The woman that worked there asked me to stick my plate inside the empty garbage. Considering the different garbage categories, I thought the request was over-the-top. The micromanagement at this store is enough to make me find another place to dine. In addition, the woman that was cleaning even made a bold attempt to side trip me as I was walking back to the table for my drink. They have an interesting customer service. Be careful!
I might have encountered the friendliest server on Earth when I visited recently in a hurry to grab some food. She prepared two meals for me faster than I’ve ever experienced at any other Go Go Curry location. I regret not catching her name, but she was working on Saturday late afternoon, just two days ago. She was incredibly polite and accommodating.
Delicious. Fast. Not expensive. A perfect place for a quick lunch/dinner. Beware: a small size is exactly the portion I would go for if not extremely hungry. My husband and I shared the Grand Slam (size L) plate and it was more than enough for two people. Also, prices on google menu are out of date. Add approx. $2 per plate.

We really enjoyed their chicken katsu during our trip to Tokyo, and it was just as delightful when we tried it in New York. The curry sauce is the best I've ever had, even when compared to other Japanese restaurants in Tokyo. I wish they would open a location in Minneapolis or somewhere in the Twin Cities.
Food was tasty. I felt like the portions were fair for the price. Ill be honest and say it was not the best Japanese curry out there but was definitely good for fast food. Service was good. Nice staff. This location has a small dining area.
The manager of this store is 5 stars. He makes sure everything is taken care of and does an excellent job managing the store. Very personable and friendly. This store is a great place to pick up physical gift cards as a last minute gift.
Seems like this place doesn't follow their listed store hours. Arrived at about 5pm on a Saturday and it was closed. Won't be wasting my time to come here again.
