Where do I start? I guess by saying this is a review not of food but of customer service. I will never know what the food tastes like because it never came! I will never order from here again. Today, I decided to give it another try. They were wearing hair nets, but it was evident that these were ineffective, as a lot of their hair was still visible. Unfortunately, when I returned the food, I encountered a very rude employee. The same man who I suspect was responsible for the hair in my food last time claimed that this wasn’t my first complaint and insisted that they never have issues with their food.

I had to try many mediocre places before I finally discovered a great Chinese delivery option. Then I found Go Noodle! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food is, which is the most important factor. They also customized my order exactly as I requested without any extra charges. Also known as “Ming Dynasty” on delivery apps. The sesame chicken was dry on the inside and overcooked on the outside. Instead of being in a glazed sauce, it came in a container of watery liquid with very overcooked broccoli. The “pan seared” dumplings were nothing but deep fried frozen dumplings. So disappointed. I’ve had Go Noodle deliver food at least five times. It is always fresh and delicious. Good lunch special until 4pm (chicken w/string beans hot and sour soup is my go to). I always call to order, and the lady is very professional. One of the few restaurants that provide fortune cookies—they make me happy!
place is really good, just have to order right because some dishes are much better than others. looking at complaints, people have issues with service. the people are really nice and helpful so judging by that i’m guessing some reviewers just got unlucky.
Terrible experience at this restaurant. They refused to prepare my order. I placed it through Seamless, but the restaurant chose not to fulfill it and canceled it after a 30-minute wait, leaving me in limbo on the app all that time.

Quick, tasty food, and nice people. Don’t know what some of the negative reviews are on about. Seems like mostly out of towners with one negative experience.
Found a piece of METAL in my wonton soup. The restaurant did not even apologize when I called. I had to argue for a refund. Appalling.
