We always order online from Rosati’s, and they consistently have our food ready at the specified time. Their service is impressively quick! We love their pizza because the crust doesn’t taste like cardboard, and the cheese is fantastic. However, our most recent experience was a bit off. There seemed to be an abundance of dry spices sprinkled on top, which were unevenly distributed—some bites were over-seasoned, while others were better balanced. I discovered a restaurant near my house that caught my attention because they serve Chicago-style pizza. I checked out their menu and noticed how clean and nice the place is. I took advantage of their Friday deal, which offered half-price Chicago-style pepperoni, cheese, and sausage pizza. When I got home, I baked it in my oven. The pizza dough was delicious and had a fresh taste, even though it was frozen and ready to bake. I really enjoyed it, and the portions were sufficient for two people.
I expected the extra sausage I ordered to have a smoky flavor, but what I received was just a regular portion for me. The extra cheese was fantastic, and the vegetables were great too. However, there seemed to be way too much olive oil on the entire pizza; it was literally dripping from every slice. I had imagined that you would be brushing something onto the dough before putting it together. Overall, it was a solid pizza—though not quite on par with those in Chicago, it was still quite good.
Authentic Chicago Pizza in any case .. regular, pan and filled are all lawfully the real thing. Although the pizza is brilliant and full in Chicago taste, texture, presentation, etc., they are consistently secured on lively nights with orders. On Friday and Saturday evening add 20 minutes to what they tell you when you place your order. Pizzas are sometimes cooked over/under, but recently more consistent. Very recommended.

We order fairly regularly and the pieces always very good you’re not stingy on your pizza like several other pizza delivery places in this area. I absolutely love your red sauce and the breadsticks are amazing as well. The prompt easy quick delivery also makes it very enjoyable. Thank you for always taking great care of us
What a fabulous tasting pizza! Lots of the topping we ordered. Fresh and hot at pickup. Rico was funny and sweet. Hoping Rosati's opens another restaurant closer to us in Odessa. Very worth the drive now to Brandon for a meal of DELICIOUS.
