We always order online and they always had it ready at the specified time. They are very fast! We enjoy Rosatis Pizza because the crust really seems not cardboard. The cheese is wonderful. This last time, however, was something “out”. It seemed to be an excess of dry spices that were sprinkled above, which were heavy in some areas and better in others. It wasn't my favorite bite in a bunch of dry oregano. The crust was still perfect and the beats plentiful, so maybe just go on the spices next time (or mix them into the sauce). We also have cinnamon sticks that were delicious and an order of garlic cheese bread. You must like garlic because it is strong, but if you do this was amazing! We def...
I thought the extra sausage I ordered would be smokey. What I received would be a regular amount for me. The extra cheese was excellent and the vegetables ordered. It seemed to be a very heavy amount of olive oil on the whole pizza. In fact, it dripping from every piece. I guess I thought you were brushing something on the dough before assembly. But everything in all it was a pretty good pizza. Not as good as those in Chicago, but still pretty good.
I found this place that went to my house and it called my attention because is a pizza in the style of Chicago. I stopped by a menu and I saw how nice a clean place is. I bought the deal they have on Friday half the price of a Chicago dish pizza pepperoni, cheese and sausage. I put it in my oven when I came home. The pizza dough is delicious. Have a fresh taste, even was thio ready to bake frozen. I like it and the portions are enough for 2 people.
Authentic Chicago Pizza in any case .. regular, pan and filled are all lawfully the real thing. Although the pizza is brilliant and full in Chicago taste, texture, presentation, etc., they are consistently secured on lively nights with orders. On Friday and Saturday evening add 20 minutes to what they tell you when you place your order. Pizzas are sometimes cooked over/under, but recently more consistent. Very recommended.
