Fantastic gym! I genuinely enjoy visiting and have been a member for several years now. The only minor issue I've encountered is that the men's restroom tends to get quite crowded and has poor air quality. I believe that if the temperature in that area were a bit cooler and the overall air quality improved, along with extended hours, it could earn a perfect 5/5 rating. Claire the operations manager and Tristan are ignorant, rude and racist. Don't waste your time or money here. You will receive horrible treatment and the worst service in the world. There is no customer service and staff is beyond unprofessional. This establishment is not worthy of even half of a star. I'm sure they will end up closing down then changing the name to something else, and opening up again. What a joke from facility management to corporate management who allows this behavior to continue.
The portion size is small for the price. The large smoothie is $8.99 but rounded up to $9.00 by the seller. I considered canceling my order, but I wanted to support a small business. After finishing the smoothie, which was supposed to be my dinner, I went to another place and bought a larger smoothie for $7.33, including tax. The flavor was good, but the pricing just doesn't add up.

The renovation is incredible. I don't understand why this facility isn't 24 hrs. All the surrounding gyms are. If planet fitness can have 24hrs access, so can esporta. Besides the hours being an inconvenience. This facility is great. They are only open from 5 am 10 pm Monday Friday, Saturday& Sunday 8 am 7 pm. This is insane! The hours need to improve.
I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone, especially those who want to avoid being taken advantage of by their questionable business practices. Please don’t sign up for any type of membership if you think you’ll be able to cancel it later—they will make it extremely difficult for you. On top of that, the place is quite shabby.
I don't recommend this gym to anyone they scam people. I signed up for personal training for just one month and they are taking more then one payment out. I'm struggling right now to get my money back.
Waters never working or filter is red. They don't even send out a message. One time I came to the gym the whole water system was down. Toilets were overflowing with **** sh*t. I had to leave

It's La Fitness. Never heard of them , but it is affiliated with my La Fitness membership. It gets the job done.
