This was my first time walking into this café. It has been on my radar for sometime too. After a food shopping trip, I walk in with my loaded shopping cart into a pretty empty café. It looks cute and simple at a glance. There were no other customers, just two waitresses and the cook in the back. The two waitresses were caught in conversation on the side, but I still said hello as I entered. No response. I thought maybe they didn't hear me, but they definitely saw me enter. I thought it more odd that neither one greeted me. I parked my wagon, helped myself to a menu from the counter since they were still talking, and just briefly looked through it. Only when I walked up to the counter did one...
I went to this diner today to order a simple sausage,egg and cheese on a roll. What I got was a toasted roll very little egg and cheese. 2 thinly sliced sausage links and tons of salt and pepper on the sandwich. I couldn't eat the sandwich it was so salty. I ended up throwing it out. Unfortunately, I had already left the area when I decided to eat.
Nice portions for the right price. Can sit and eat.. fast to go or order ahead. The breakfast food tastes good to me.. fresh squeezed orange juice also. I loved the chocolate cake..smh!!! 24 hours. There is street parking but it is limited. Train and bus stop right there so it is noisy and busy. ... But hey that NYC

The staff member there was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I went in to ask if they had oatmeal, and she responded harshly. Although she tried to explain, I didn't understand her. She then rolled her eyes and repeated herself in a disrespectful manner.
This is the best place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, especially the two Greek gentlemen at the front. The spanakopita here is the best I've ever tasted—absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back again.
