Golden Bowl is the best place to get delicious food, especially their Satay chicken with fried rice and vegetables. My family loves it so much that we order it every time, along with other tasty dishes like salt and pepper chicken, ham and chicken roll, and prawn toast. The owner even knows my husband's name now! The recipe is simple, but they are happy to customize your order. The restaurant can get busy, but the staff is always friendly. The cooks may chat in their own language, but it doesn't bother me as this is a multicultural country. The women at the counter are happy to set up a table for you if you choose to eat in. I relied on Trip Advisor to choose this restaurant and was surprised to find that it was more of a takeaway location rather than a sit-down restaurant. We tried the curry puffs, which were good, and the Mongolian lamb, which was great. The honey was okay but had a slight taste of oil. The standout dish of the evening was the pad see ewhuhn, which was also delicious, especially after finding a small piece of plastic in my mouth. The staff handled the situation well and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. While accidents can happen, the way they handled it showed great respect. In the future, I think they should stick to their Chinese dishes and forget about trying to serve Thai cuisine.

Fast food and pretty tasty too. Good for lunch or takeaway dinner. Cheap in price and quickly made. Not the friendliest people working there, but it's worth the lack of personality to get the food. I've eaten here maybe over 30 times and its very consistent at about 3 star.

Friendly staff who are exceptionally polite, which is hard to find these days. The food is well cooked and is great value for money.
