Although we are not regular customers, we have used this restaurant several times over the years and unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a takeaway and the staff member confirmed my order, but upon collection, I had to repeat it again. When we got home (we don't live in the town), we found that the spare ribs were overcooked in some places but still edible. However, my main meal was not what I had ordered and my husband's dish was so overcooked that it was inedible. When I called to complain, the person I spoke with suddenly claimed not to understand English, which made the situation unnecessarily difficult. They suggested we return the food, but...
We used to like ordering takeaways from here as the food service was always good. However the last three consecutive times we have ordered from here, we have had an item missing from our takeaway order. The first time it was a plain rice, the next it was the pancakes for the duck pancakes this time it was the duck for the duck pancakes. We rang them once we realised that it was missing they hadn't even cooked it so it must have been completely forgotten about. So we went back down to collect the duck no refund or goodwill gesture was offered even though previously they have given us a bottle of Coke as a goodwill gesture to say sorry. I’m not sure if they are having staffing issues or just don’t care about customer service but this place has really gone down hill. For the second time in a month we want to pick up our takeaway to be told they’d forgotten about it/there was a 30 minutes delay. We weren’t the only ones left waiting for our food. It’s frustrating because when we’d called up they’d specified a time for collection. We won’t be going back.
My party arrived early for dinner before attending an event at Pershore No 8 and we received a warm welcome from the staff who promptly seated us. We were quickly served drinks and handed menus. Our meal arrived promptly and was both delicious and fresh, with generous portions that we ended up taking home. Throughout our meal, we observed a steady flow of people arriving to pick up their takeaway orders.

I didn't recognise the staff when I collected my takeaway. They were very friendly which was great. However the food was of a very poor quality, tough meet and fatty. The sauce was too thick. Up to now the food has been excellent. Hopefully this excellence will return.
Absolutely awful service food would recommend people yo find somewhere else to dine as staff we're rude, food was cold and tasted like it had been sat there gor days puddings were still frozen
We always rely on this restaurant for Cantonese/Chinese cuisine, whether dining in or getting takeout. Our recent visit on Saturday was once again excellent. Thank you.

Best Chinese for miles. Prefer a take away as not much atmosphere in the restaurant. But the food is off a very high standard.
