This is one of the better Chinese places in the area. While it’s not comparable to super authentic places, it’s not as tame as some of the other places, and you will actually find hot chili in the spicy dishes which is a good sign. I made this my go-to for Chinese because the portions are large, the food is always consistently fresh and tasty, it’s not all the same sauce on each dish, it’s not too greasy, and they never make a mistake. Oh, and their hot chili and oil is seriously hot, and their own hot mustard is better than the packets they usually toss in.

I've had better in NYC boroughs but it is very, very good if you live, work or are visiting the RVC area for sure go to them. Close to the LIRR and yet on a nice quiet block right across from the beautiful cathedral. And the owners are nice! That's a huge plus.
