Im thinking the head chef might have changed or there might be an issue when they are off because Im noting two different instances were a gluten item is being placed on a celiac plate and then "just removed" which isnt appropriate. Owner/ whomever needs to review celiac protocols with staff if they want celiac business because it sounds as though some kitchen staff are horribly inconvenienced when THEY make the error and it needs to be corrected.

This place is dedicated to having celiac safe food. They have a seperate area for gf food, hand wash protocols for celiac diet, and their head chef is a celiac! One thing to mention is that chicken wings done for celiacs are done in a seperate, gf fryer, whereas non-celiac chicken wings are done in the regular fryer. So if you are there with non-celiac friends make sure you guys don't mix them up!

I had a good experience here. Gluten free items are marked on the menu and are delivered on separate plates with a "gluten free" fryer for the fried items. Waitress ensured that I wouldn't be eating the non-gf food with the rest of my party. Prices are right especially for happy hour. It's great to be able to have some pub food and they are accommodating.

Many menu items are gluten free already or can be modified to be gluten free. Separate fryer. Waitress really knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the menu and modifications required around the food.

Chef is celiac and staff are well trained. Separate gf fryer, gf beer, gf buns and lots of gf options.
