I’ve been coming here for years and the staff gets worse every single time. There was a man infront of me ordering and the man that took his order was getting him upset and I thought it was maybe the customer giving him a hard time. But come to find out it’s the young women that doesn’t even look of age to work here and the older rude gentleman that are the issue. I always come here and ask for rice and two sides and get charged the combo one. Which is any 3 items of choice with a drink and a eggroll or wonton. Today is the first that I order the same thing and they don’t charge me combo #1. She charged me more than the combo number one was and I got less food! It’s common sense if you didn’...

My husband and I go here every Sunday for lunch. This week was not a great experience. The lady that helped us just got done eating. With her hands only no utensils. She was scratching her nose and did not wash her hands before making our food. I wanted to say something but at the same time that should just be a given. So now I have food that I paid for and aren’t eating. It’s disgusting and won’t be returning. Do better Golden Scoop!! So gross!!!!!

It was never about the money. We have ordered here countless of times before but for the owner to not show any kind of sympathy towards my 4 year old choking on a piece of wire?! That is where my frustration comes in. We called and hoped you would atleast apologize but no. You were mad we brought your food back as you asked!

Long time customer here, they have some of the best char siu (bbq pork) in the area, and the food is always hot. Also love the Singapore noodles (rice noodle) and the cheese wontons!
