This is by far the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've seen. It's definitely the best in New Castle. The spicy garlic chicken is the best!! Also the owners are very friendly. They won't be disappointed. Take cash, because like half the restaurants in New Castle, they don't take credit cards.

Hunan beef was good, just a little light on the wort. Szechuan Beef combination was also great, just need a little more spice. Overall, good quality, good price. Only cash.
