I was with my friend at the Candle Light Dinner Deluxe in the Golden Fass (May Days voucher). So Candle Light, I'm different to imagine, for example, with a candlestick, white tablecloth, floral cutlery and possibly rose petals. Not a patterned tablecloth, bacon mat by Ikea as a plate coaster, 3 small wind lights, a rose. Cutlery was uncovered from the table edge. We had booked the hotel over my days and had been happy for two nice days. The arrival took place on the rest day of the hotel, but this should not be a problem according to the hotel; you should simply call a phone number that is specified and you will receive a key code in no time and can occupy your room. Unfortunately, only the mailbox was available and until today, three weeks later, we still have no feedback from the hotel except that we were asked to evaluate our “beautiful” stay. The stay would have cost us 159 € for the voucher 108 € surcharge for the magnificent rooms, although you could have booked these rooms for 100 € per night. The hotel is clean, but has already been significantly in the years.At breakfast and also in the evening, there is at least one power in the service. During breakfast you were standing in front of empty dishes or lacking clean dishes (which was quickly picked up on demand). At the neighboring table the appetizer did not come and would then be ordered with the delivery of the main dish. The staff was always friendly and endeavored, but unfortunately you notice that the lack of services has also been successful here.The map in the restaurant was clear, but does not reflect the dishes found on the homepage. The food was still delicious.

Not recommended economically furnished (not like on the pictures) Eating extremely modest we had a voucher by Engelbert Strauss (catastrophe please don't buy vouchers! We had at the Wellness Coupon on the first day Kasseler with Sauerkraut and the next day 6 Nuremberg sausages with sauerkraut as a surprise s menu!!!! Very nice hotel, nicely furnished rooms, located directly on the Main. Above-average friendly and ambitious staff, we felt very comfortable! Only the breakfast was a little cheeky and partly no longer quite fresh. Nevertheless a recommended stay! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
