First time Korean hotpot! They have an ala carte menu and an all you can eat menu. We were not super hungry so our table did ala carte.I feel like the portion sizes were good. You pick a meat like ribeye, brisket, and pork shoulder, and it comes with all the veggies and noodles. The waiter asked us how spicy we wanted it (1-5). I did 3 which is medium spice and I agree it was about medium.The place looks new and it's in great condition. Each seat at the table has an individual pot so you feel like you are all cooking together!!Overall a great dining experience, good for families and special occasions. Since you have to work for your food it creates some time for good conversation ?.

Guess we got lucky as we got sat right away. If we had arrived any later, we probably would've waited longer as it seemed like a never ending crowd started trickling in for dinner. Place was clean and the service was nice and friendly. The food, I suppose for the price and the amount was reasonably priced. We didn't try the AYCE as we want to make sure we didn't waste anything so we only ordered ala carte. The house broth was ok and only got to try the medium spicy House sauce, which was needed because otherwise food was ok and more on the bland side. Might consider trying it again sometime.

They have a menu, but unless you don't plan on eating much, all you can eat is the way to go. That way you can sample a variety of meats, vegetables, seafood, and more. Great place to eat like no tomorrow with friends/family. Keep the temperature setting in mind as the pot can overflow if you boil it too much. Set the temperature somewhere between 500 and 1200 depending on if you are waiting or actively cooking food and give it one or a few minutes to cook.Service is fairly fast. Ambience is good it can get crowded during dinner hours though.

Very bad service. Place makes you get all you can eat when they give you so little toppings with just regular meal. Waitresses don’t do their job properly and dont seem like they want to work. Place has a 20% mandatory tip policy if more than 5 ppl, didn’t even tell us at the beginning and just said “it’s on the menu”. How are we supposed to know that??! Bad restaurant overall, DO NOT recommend at all! Stay away!

Went on sunday 10/8/23. Food was good, service was a little slow, but it was busy that night.Me and 2 others ate some of the lamb and ended up with some bad food posioning. Food posioning is never good. Probably wont come back for a while.

This place is BAD. service is horrible, they have a dumb tip policy, and the food made me constipated and sick for days. I am TRAUMATIZED. DO NOT COME. FIND OTHER PLACES TO EAT.

The meat here is too thin and the broth was just ok. I prefer the annandale location vs this one. Their broth is better and the meat is more thick over there.

We had the all you can eat and the meat was very tender and thinly sliced, veges were fresh, and sauces were good!
