TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The servers were very rude and gave me a very bad time. I came here expecting a friendly and chill time, given I was coming home from a long roadtrip. The food portion was very slim and worst of all, the customer service was very disappointing. After paying for a meal and leaving a 10% tip, the waiter started complaining to me about how low the tip was. I was honestly in awe. I will not be returning to this establishment again, and I am honestly very disappointed. In simple terms, the waiter was very demanding and ungrateful.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times, but I will not be returning. I am not sure about their treatment of Koreans, but they definitely have a negative attitude towards people from other countries. Sometimes they don't even acknowledge me when I speak to them. Despite the fact that I understand Korean and can comprehend what they are saying, I was shocked when a waiter followed us out to our car after we had left a tip and asked for a larger one. It was a disappointing experience overall.
Like many people commented here, the service worth a 0 star. Food was just okay, not bad but also not as good as other Korean restaurants in the area. The only waitress was way too rude pointed us to a seat without saying a word, served wrong dish but insisted that it was correct (we are not Korean, but we are Korean food lover, so plz don't think that you can fool us), and squeezed through with a hate face when we prepare to leave and stand on her way. Depending on what time you come in, service may vary. Most importantly, if you are not Korean your service heavily depends on that and they do not try to hide it at all. I went in at 2AM couple of nights ago service was prompt, polite, and delicious food! Came in today at 11AM and waited an entire hour for our food. 3 other parties came in after my group of 2, and we were already waiting a while which I didn't mind since it would be a bumpin time after church. The first time I came here, I didn't really like the food I ordered. But one late evening, I wanted to go out and dine in somewhere that's still open so, I decided to come back here and I am super happy I did because I've had the best galbitang here in all of NoVa! I noticed that they are a bit inconsistent with the portions/ingredients but overall, I would still highly recommend this place. It's worth trying!
The food at this Korean restaurant was extremely disappointing, causing me to feel as though my ancestors would be appalled. The service was terrible as well, taking nearly an hour to receive our food. With so many other Korean restaurants in the area, I would suggest trying one of those instead. I would rather eat a packet of ketchup than dine at this mediocre establishment.
Normally i love their sullungtang. But today the soup taste old and overcooked from leftovers. Soup was really thick and had bad meat smell. Call to complain and the employee just wouldnt say sorry and that is due to ingredients added. Don?t think i will be coming back to this store.
Very Disappointing: the person who cooks needs to understand Korean flavor. It was terrible. I believe there are some good dishes but not what I ordered. I think the name was gabi kookbob. Also, see the picture of the pot they used. They need to throw it out

The service was quick but not very friendly. The soups lacked flavor. We paid quickly and left without finishing our meals. I do not plan to return.
Ordered on Uber eats at 530 IN THE MORNING! Food came in around 640 and was hot and SPICY like I requested
