Entre l ambiance du lieu, le protocole mis en place dans la manière de cuisiner devant nous, nous présenter les plats et les plats en eux mêmes... C est vraiment éblouissant et la note sur les différents sites reflète bien la qualité des mets perçue et ressentie lors de la mise en bouche. If you like sushis, this is the place to go ! Omakase is a small restaurant where you are drived by a chief just behind the counter. 8 savourous courses, fresh and japanese style. Staff is very gentle, and make everything possible to make you feel at home and enjoy your dinner. For japanese whyshies amatours, the choice is quite impressive with some mythic bottles to taste (hibiki 17/21!! . We were served by chef Ticana tonight, and would like to thank him for the moment.
We went there with my companion to celebrate a birthday and personally I was conquered. I loved 90% of what I ate and drink, with great discoveries like a bonus. My companion has a more mixed opinion. The price of the omakase menu is high or everything was not perfect for us. The menu is improvised on arrivals, it's a risk I think. The "merger restoration" aspect was not always visible / obvious in all dishes... It's not the first test.
I’ve tasted the “Poke Bar” part that proposed pork or salmon noodles this day (which can’t be called ramen for purists but can be described as “revisited” ramen. We enjoyed the flavours of the broth obviously more fine (with badiane than a classic broth on miso basis. Maybe I would have preferred an egg style tomago. But ratio quality good price. I’m waiting to stay next to Omakase restaurant...

I don t often go to the Japanese restaurant in France because it is too conventional or it is not good... Omakase restaurant links very well between traditional, good raw material and modern taste. The creativity stays in your taste if you inform the cooks. We really had a great experience with my wife. I really recommend this restaurant if you have been there.
