Back to this shop after about 6 months. The staff that took my order today is very incompetent. I have to raise my voice and repeat many times and yet they still got my order wrong. Explicitly order a Jasmine milk tea with little sugar and a pearl milk tea with little sugar. Got two pearl milk teas. Fortunately the other staff change the topping.Here is why I said your staff is rude:1. Big attitude problem2. You don’t turn to your college and talk about customer in Vietnamese3. I tried the 3js and the bead milk tea with basil seeds. The drink fillings were quite good. The customer service was exceptionally friendly, and the drinks arrived incredibly quickly—probably the fastest service I’ve ever experienced. However, I just couldn’t taste the tea in one of the drinks, no matter what I did.
The last time I ordered the royal milk tea with coconut jelly and coffee jelly, the staff mixed up my order and had to make it again. I'm a fan of Gong Cha, but I have to say, the milk tea here tastes like watered-down ice. I'm really disappointed with this brand.
there was dirty pink rocks in the drinks , i took it back and they refused to change it or print my receipt again, they couldn’t speak english or even explain what was in the drink , i’ve asked for the complaint number , they could not provide the details as well

Service is good, quick and prompt.Downer is there is no seating or waiting chairs. You're forced to stand.If and when they open the chairs, I might reconsider changeling my reviews.
The drink was disgusting and watered down, tasting just like sweet water with no hint of milk or tea aroma.
