I've been coming here to this place for a while now so I've gotten a general gist of what it's like. Overall, it's not a bad place; if you're looking to grab a quick milk tea or something to eat then it's quite serviceable. The croffles in particular are quite delicious.Where I deduct points are the bubble waffles, which taste abhorrent. Very dry, lacking any flavor or moisture in the bread, I found myself unable to eat anymore lest I upset my stomach. Considering the long weight time for it, to say it's a dissapointment is an understatement.Nonetheless, the cafe is not bad, but you will find the quality and taste is not consistent with all the items. Small branch located in the corner. Little seating area can accommodate upto 8people.Wasn't that busy so I was able to get my order right. Fortunate that I didn't have experience from some less star reviews were saying about getting orders not as ordered.Staff were good in my visit.I would definitely go with no sugar next because it was too sweet even with less sugar option :(Not wheelchair accessible.

The drinks I received were pretty good, but I was disappointed that they were served in a paper/ eco-friendly cup instead of the plastic cup shown in the menu images and on social media. There are plenty of eco-friendly and more appealing alternatives that could have been used. The atmosphere is just okay; it isn't very welcoming, and it feels awkward to be the only customer there.

Gongcha is my absolute favourite boba chain but I will never return to this location. The cashier was disgustingly rude and I’m pretty sure she tipped herself before handing me the machine. I ordered a taro milk tea and it tasted nothing like I know its supposed to. It tasted like warm water. So disappointed I’m never coming back.

Pic is “chocolate oreo croffle”. I don’t buy drinks from Gong Cha as often as i used to, because I found out they use artificial ingredients (syrups) to make their drinks. I prefer real fruits and such.I find “Oreo Chocolate Smoothie” with 0% sugar is my favorite every time I visited a Gong Cha location.

I ordered two large coconut milk teas, one with a creme brulee foam topping, but received both in regular size. I placed the order under the name Stella H on Doordash. This mistake was careless and could have been easily avoided by the restaurant.

Came late night and was quiet. Ordered 4 drinks and they all were perfect. I love they have the taro coconut smoothie. It’s so good every time! Have also ubereats from here before and somehow, it’s still frozen and so yummy.

I am not sure of their closing time as they always call when you order through Uber to inform you that they are out of certain items.

The guy who ordered for me was not helpful at all. He was rude.drink tasted weird. And the price was expensive.
