There can be a long line, especially around 3-5PM on weekdays if I recall correctly, but the wait isn't too bad. <br/ <br/ <br/ Notes on other teas:<br/ 1. I kept noticing people walking around with these unusual glasses, sipping from thick straws, and I was always curious about what they were drinking and why this shop was constantly packed. Finally, I decided to check it out for myself. Oh my goodness, now I can't stop coming here! I tried the royal pearl tea, and it's become my favorite. The tapioca pearls are fantastic—chewy and just delightful. They customize the tea based on your preferred amount of ice and sugar. I've tried a few other teas as well, and they're great, but the royal pearl tea truly won me over!

Service is nice and friendly even though they are very busy. I loved the passion fruit nice not artificial tasting , jelly perfect crunchy and not sticky , pearls a bit sweet but perfect otherwise . <br/ <br/ Overall the milk tea was so yummy. I asked for less sugar and even then it was too sweet for me I love sugar . My only suggestion is consider getting the sugar down to half maybe? <br/ <br/ Long queue but that is normal considering the popularity, I would definitely queue up again ... yummy :

I love Gong Cha. It took me a while to come around to it, but now that I’ve found my favourite drinks (Honey Lemon Tea with White Pearls and QQ Passionfruit Green Tea) I’ll never walk straight past it again!!!<br/ <br/ I love the Gong Cha CBD location. Whilst the line at the front may be extensive, there is some seating. Most patrons get their tea and go. I like sitting down and relaxing. Decompensating on the corner of struggle street the unmotivated superhighway, the ever popular Gong Cha serves me a cup of inspiration in bubble tea form. Fate demanded I stop in here today when there was no queue outside at all a rare freakish phenomenon. Classic pearl milk tea was the miracle elixir I needed springy tapioca pearls brought pops of happiness to my otherwise sucky workday. Champion pep me up!

Received a much better service from this store than the one on Adelaide street. The staff were friendly and gave suggestions. I was however after the sticky brown sugar milk tea but apparently it's out of stock. Ended up with their regular brown sugar milk tea which was still great.

Sweet milky pearly goodness. Yummmmy! Only downsides is staff can be a bit distracted and take time to serve you. Worth the long winding lines. Oreo milk tea is fantastic. Lots of unique taiwanese options. Top place! Nice music too.

My favorite drinks are the honey green tea and the Earl Grey milk tea. The tapioca pearls are tasty, but I prefer the herbal jelly even more.
