This feedback was also shared with Gongcha Headquarters.Before writing this message, we had purchased 3 drinks (2 #9 and 1 #10). There was a girl called Jane that served us on Sunday, February 6th, 2022 at 03:12pm.We arrived home at 5pm and tried the first drink #9. The drink was horribly made and we dialed back to provide her with the feedback. The only thing that she mentioned was that she cannot provide us with new drinks unless we drive back to the shop the same day. I was the person who purchased the drinks and did not take any receipts. The employee even used this fact to give us further rejection.This was not the first time in the past months, bad quality of drinks happened at least 4...
Very poor experience today, April 5, 2022 at around 9:13pm. I will never set foot at this location and make any purchases again. I have never been treated like this at a bubble tea place or restaurant before. Female employee had a very poor attitude, didn’t ask for size, sugar or ice level. She clearly does not want to be there. Service here has never been good/ normal. But still acceptable. Today was rude and totally unacceptable.I asked to speak with a manager, but no one of authority could speak to me. I was only spoken to rudely. Don’t think this review will make a difference. But the other poor reviews are true, since i experienced myself today. I’m happy to bring my business elsewhere....
I called to place an order for four drinks, but was informed that they don't accept phone orders for pickup. This seems like an unusual business practice, especially since there was a sign inside the store indicating that pickup orders are available. Speaking of signs, I noticed multiple menus displayed in plastic stands with the instruction not to touch. Additionally, there was a sign above the door warning about the steps leading into the store. However, with so many signs on the exterior and entrance, it's easy to overlook that warning due to the visual overload. Also, be cautious of the two odd steps, as they make the shop inaccessible for wheelchairs and strollers. The drink flavors see...
Consistently good tea and regardless of location !First time at this unionville location and def will not be the last!Ordered the 3j Earl grey milk tea and really loved the taste! Loved all the add ins in the drink and think I’ve found my new go to at gong cha. The Earl grey flavour wasn’t very strong, which is the only drawback, but really loved the toppings combination in the drink!Service was super quick and very accurate in making the drinks too!Great job overall!Follow me on IG @thirst _and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!

My barista Tiffany greeted me with a friendly smile and was very helpful. She prepared my drinks quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. I ordered the honey lemon green tea, and it was absolutely delightful—perhaps an unusual way to describe a drink, but it truly was beautiful. My friend also got a bubble waffle, and after trying some, I can confirm it was quite tasty too. Overall, this is my favorite Gong Cha, and I can't wait to return for more amazing drinks.
This is probably one of the smallest Gong Cha branches in the GTA which can only accommodate one party at a time, but is conveniently located.I like their tea base and menu choice and the price is comparable to other bubble tea brands.
I stood in front of the store and said I wanted to buy milk tea. The staff was working. He knew I was standing there, but he just ignored me and didn't say hello to me. I felt so uncomfortable and then I left.i promise never come back
Watch out you steps before you step out the store. There is no sign at all. I twisted my ankle and spent $70 to take a X Ray to examine. There is no even an apology from the owner.
