we know that some people could be nervous to go into darkness under days. if this is true for someone in their group, please make sure that the boats have lighted up for most of the rides and can be stored when needed – please inform us before visiting them. we can also borrow a “magic lantern” for the guests for free for their journey that we have found can help them feel more courageous when driving under the earth. these laternen have a soft and soothing glow. Please contact us before they visit if they think they want to borrow a laterne and we can have it ready for them when they arrive. visual impairments Our boat tour is only available with prior booking with special enumeration – please contact us. The bootstour is available in a written format for people with hearing impairment. Please ask before you visit us so that we can ensure that they are waiting for them on the day of their visit. a hearing loop is available in the gongoozler, at the ticket desk and in our functional room. please put them equipment on t. quieter boat trips we appreciate that some people might find mass and noise disturbing. our quieter times are a week in the time of the grasp. our quietest 45 minute boat trips are on the morning at 10.30 and 11.00 a.m., but we have pre-ordered school groups that visit some days, so please contact us before visiting for more information.

the tunnel visited on a Saturday was a very interesting experience. we have our tickets in the office below where they can also get souvenirs, tickets cost £10 per person. our planned boarding time was 2.20 while the boot was shut down by 2.30 clock we were told as many amazing layers as the tunnels have worked back in the days, saw some amazing clips and so many more. a rewarding experience for adults and children. there is also a restaurant where you can grab a bite.

we visited Wednesday for the dead tunnels. it was really well organized, the trip was brilliant with children's rooms and a story. all this was just £1 too, which is simply amazing! the caffe was brilliant it was clean and the coffee and cake were delicious. it was really busy, but the staff was excellent, they were friendly and efficient and we didn't have to wait long. we will definitely visit again!

Second time we have visited, this time we used our return visit pass so it was free this, one of the last bargains on earth. All the staff from the car park, ticket office and within the whole vue.. thank you so much everyone.

beautiful and unusual boat ride. well worth the $10 ticket. unsuitable if they have claustrophobia. the guide makes it fun, but some of the passengers found the dark humor about child work strange.
