My wife and I called in for lunch. A takeaway due to Corona. We are not sure why but the waitress at the counter was extremely rude. When we asked why she was so rude got worse. The owners were sitting in the restaurant eating....They basically told us to leave. The waitress then gave us another insult. I would have thought at this time a Chinese restaurant would be extremely careful not to lose business. Too late! We will never be back. And to the rude waitress, go and do a customer service course if you can’t naturally be polite.
Visited Good Choice Chinese on a Friday night on the recommendation of friends - it certainly didnt disappoint - entrees and meals were anazing, fried rice beautiful. Very busy but the staff certainly had it together no one was waiting for meals to come out. Friendliness started the moment you walked in the door which is great to see. Further you could see how much patrons loved it.Well done to management and staff. I'll definitely be back.
Got takeaways from here last night and was pleased to see a number of vegetarian dishes on the menu. This tends to be unusual for a Chinese restaurant. The meal was inexpensive and filling. Not awesome but not awful either. We likely will return if we are going past and planning on getting takeaways sometime. We ordered all vegetarian dishes and would order all 4 dishes again.
We have been coming to this family owned restaurant for years and the food and service never disappoints. Their meals are generously sized and very tasty and fresh. The chicken wings, pork belly and creamy sizzling beef peppercorn dish is to die for! The family put on a great show for Chinese new year also which attracts all the locals.

My daughter has chosen this restaurant for her birthday dinner every year from the age of 4 to 15, and the food is always delicious, affordable, and reliable. The staff is always polite. We always order the Dragon Deal and never leave disappointed. We will definitely be back soon.
We had taken away from here twice this month and dined in the last month. Every time the food was amazing, fresh and delicious. The ingredients are also good quality. Recommend this restaurant, whether there is in our takeout, both are great!
This was our regular Chinese restaurant- until tonight. The food was terrible, we were embarrassed to have to serve this to our international guests. The manager refunded my money and offered the weakest apology. We will never go back!
This is a great place to eat, the menu is large and the food great. This is a BYO restaurant. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Eat in or take away plus it is a family run business located at Helensvale.

This venue is always good value with well presented Chinese food in generous servings. A great selection of Chinese and other Asian dishes available.
